Shashangasana   Shash' means 'rabbit' and 'Shashang' means the body of a rabbit. When the rabbit is scared, it lowers its head and tries to hide itself. While sitting in this seat, the body of the seater looks a lot like that; That is why the name of this seat is Shashangasana. Exercise - Sit on your knees.
